Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of cleaning services by LPD&M Cleaning Solutions Ltd ("we", "our", "us") to our clients ("you"). By booking a service or submitting a quote request, you agree to these terms.

1. Our Services

LPD&M Cleaning Solutions Ltd provides professional cleaning services including but not limited to: end of tenancy cleaning, deep cleaning, post construction cleaning, office cleaning, home cleaning, and associated add-on services across Enfield and North London.

2. Quotes and Pricing

  • All quotes provided are estimates based on the information you supply. Final pricing is confirmed before work begins.
  • Prices may be adjusted if the actual condition or size of the property differs materially from what was described at the time of quoting.
  • We reserve the right to update our pricing. Confirmed bookings will be honoured at the agreed price.
  • All prices are in GBP and inclusive of VAT where applicable.

3. Bookings and Cancellations

  • Bookings are confirmed when you accept a written quote from us.
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the agreed service price.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule in the event of unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you as early as possible.
  • Access to the property must be provided at the agreed time. If access is not available, a call-out fee may apply.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If any aspect of our work does not meet the agreed standard:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of service completion.
  • We will return to re-clean the area(s) of concern at no additional charge.
  • The guarantee applies to areas included in the original service scope only.
  • It does not apply to damage caused by pre-existing conditions or third parties after our visit.

5. Your Responsibilities

  • Ensure the property is accessible at the agreed date and time.
  • Remove or secure valuable, fragile, or irreplaceable items prior to our visit.
  • Notify us of any hazards, allergies, pets, or access restrictions.
  • Provide accurate information when requesting a quote — misleading information may affect pricing.

6. Our Liability

  • We carry comprehensive public liability insurance. In the event of damage caused by our team, please notify us in writing within 24 hours.
  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
  • We are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or items not disclosed prior to the service.
  • We are not liable for failure to complete services due to restricted access, unsafe conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Payment

  • Payment is due on completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We accept bank transfer and cash. Details will be provided on your invoice.
  • Late payment may result in a late payment charge in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act 1998.

8. Use of This Website

  • The content on this website is for general information purposes only.
  • We reserve the right to modify or remove website content at any time without notice.
  • You may not reproduce or redistribute any content from this website without our written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The "Last updated" date will reflect changes. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
